Services
In Person Counselling
In person counselling is best if you prefer to keep things separate from your home life or if you are unable to find uninterrupted, quiet and a confidential time and space. If you prefer talking to someone face to face an in person session would be the best option for you.
Sessions last 50 minutes. The number of sessions can be open ended or a set amount.
Location is central Widnes in a discrete and secure office space. The office is wheelchair accessible. There is a free carpark or on street parking available.
I offer a no obligation initial phone consultation.
Fee for a full session is £45.
Online Counselling
Online counselling may be a good option for you if you prefer the comfort of your own space or require an appointment that is later in the evening. If you have access to and are comfortable using technology this may be a good option for you. It is essential that you are able to have time and space that is free from distractions or interruptions so that you can feel safe enough to talk freely.
Sessions last 50 minutes. The number of sessions can be open ended or a set amount.
